Rodgers provided comprehensive preconstruction and construction services for the Carolinas HealthCare System for the development of a new 270,000-square-foot clinical services building at CMC-NorthEast.
The facility includes the following services: Emergency Department, new Main Hospital Entrance and Lobby, Sterile Processing, eight Operating Rooms, 20-bed Intensive Care Unit, 28-bed Medical/Surgery Unit, Pharmacy, Medical Records, Inpatient Radiology, Chapel, Gift Shop, and Patient Rooms.
