The project scope involves the new construction of a 221,300 square-foot comprehensive Heart Hospital directly adjacent to the existing hospital. The 8-level, steel-frame structure will connect to the existing, adjacent hospital on 5 levels. New services within the facility include 10 Cath Labs, Surgery/ORs, Medical Office space and Support space. The 7-level, 478 space pre-cast concrete Parking Deck covers 190,000 square feet. Construction completed on the 4.5 million dollar Parking Deck just short of 16 months.
