The project scope involved the construction of a 221,300-square-foot comprehensive Heart Hospital directly adjacent to the existing hospital. The steel-frame building has eight levels and connects to the existing hospital on five levels. New services within the Heart Hospital include 10 Cath Labs, Surgery/ORs, medical offices, and support space.
The 7-level, precast concrete parking deck covers 190,000 square feet and has 478 parking spaces. The construction schedule for the $4.5 million parking deck was 16 months.
