Design Build
The project consists of a five-story, 90,000 square-foot dormitory. The structure is cast-in-place, post-tension concrete with brick veneer, cast stone water table and GFRC cornices and entablatures. The facility includes a mansard roof with concrete roof tiles. The facility has 96 single rooms and 64 double rooms. There is one bathroom for every two single and double room configurations.
The basement level includes a large mechanical room space along with an adjacent fitness room. The mechanical system is a four pipe system with a vertical fan coil unit and thermostat for each single and double room. Other features include a laundry room and common area on each floor.
