Phase I project scope includes the construction of two 2-level mixed-use buildings (B&E) situated in the prominent South Park area of Charlotte. The two buildings total 92,000 square feet and are steel-frame construction. The ground level of each building includes retail space (shops and restaurants). The second level of each building includes a residential (condominium) component. The exterior skin consists of masonry, EIFS, storefront glazing and aluminum clad residential windows and doors on the upper levels. Total construction cost were $15,000,000.
Phase II project scope includes the construction of Buildings F & G as well as a new Parking Deck. This $54.4 million mixed-use phase totals over 648,000 square feet. The 20-month project involves cast-in-place, post-tensioned, concrete construction for the structure. The project includes 294 apartment units over 40,000 sq. ft. of retail (including a full scale EarthFare grocery store) and a 460-space parking deck supporting a 42,000 sq. ft. rooftop amenities courtyard with pool.
Phase III project scope includes the construction of Buildings A2 & C. Building A2 is a two-story, 6,000-square-foot retail outparcel. Building C is a three-story, 15,000-square-foot structure that includes retail, office, and four condo units. Total construction cost were $5,000,000
