Johnson & Wales University broke ground on a new student center at their Charlotte campus. Rodgers provided preconstruction and construction management services for the project.
The building has a full-size gymnasium with bleacher seating (over 600 seats) and a multipurpose space for various student activities. Other areas include a fitness center, aerobic exercise room, athletic offices, student locker rooms/showers, and rooms for school clubs and organizations.
This is the second project Rodgers has completed for Johnson & Wales University. Rodgers built the distinctive Academic & Culinary Arts Building and officially marked the University’s presence in Charlotte.
