Rodgers is constructing twin, Class A, 10-story office buildings in Ballantyne Corporate Park, which is located at the corner of Ballantyne Commons Parkway and North Community House Road in Charlotte. Upon completion, which is scheduled for late 2012, these buildings will apply to become LEEDŽ Silver certified.
The Gragg and Woodward buildings total 525,000 square feet and are situated on 9.4 acres of land. In addition to the office buildings, Rodgers is building two precast parking decks, each containing five levels of parking with a total of approximately 2,000 parking spaces.
