The Crate & Barrel building is a steel structure with concrete slab-on-grade and decking. The one-story retail store has showroom space, back-house space for storage/stocking, and a loading dock. The three exterior facades are a combination of painted thin brick, curtain wall storefront, composite metal panels, and PVC siding.
The Crate & Barrel project is LEED® Gold certified.
