The transformation of Lance Inc.’s 1950s warehouse/support building into a Class-A corporate office space took place over the course of 15 weeks. Rodgers demolished the entire interior of the two-story brick structure and renovated over 37,000 square feet of space. This included cutouts for 56 new windows and replacing all existing window structures. Additionally, new mechanical and electrical systems were installed.
