Rodgers completed the 79,345-square-foot Steele Creek Healthcare Pavilion in approximately 14 months. Primary components include a medical office building and a 26,000-square-foot, stand-alone Emergency Department. The three-story Healthcare Pavilion has a brick façade with punched windows and precast concrete accents.
The Emergency Department is equipped with a diagnostic imaging center, pharmacy, laboratory, and observation beds. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Steele Creek Healthcare Pavilion opened its doors to patients in November 2009.
Project costs were $11.3 million (site, building core and shell) and $6.2 million (Emergency Department upfit).
