Project scope includes the construction of a phased primary school consisting of classrooms and support spaces for grades K-8, administrative areas, library, cafeteria, gymnasium and chapel. The school will have a maximum enrollment of 400 students.
Phase I structures include a three-story, steel frame, masonry clad classroom, administrative and cafeteria facility along with a two-story gymnasium with running track above the gym floor. Phase I structures are 77,500 square feet and 18,000 square feet respectively. Phase I construction began May 2002 and was completed in August 2003.
