Located in the heart of Charlotte at the corner of Ninth and Brevard Streets, the distinctive UNC Charlotte Center City Classroom building is guaranteed to capture the viewer’s attention. The 143,000-square-foot, 12-story facility is cantilevered every three floors, which gives the structure its asymmetrical appearance.
UNC Charlotte has designated the new building for graduate study programs.
The Center City classroom building is a projected LEED® silver-certified project.
