The North Parking Deck scope includes the construction of a 4-level, cast-in-place concrete parking deck situated directly adjacent to the new North Pavilion Addition. The 558,700 square foot deck accommodates spaces for 1,416 cars. The deck is constructed with vertical expansion capability on the south portion of its footprint. The project scope also included a large expansion to the existing central energy plant that is connected to the new North Parking Deck.
