On April 27, 2006, Vice President Brent Lyons made a presentation to members and guests of ABC of the Carolinas on LEED accreditation and construction procedures. His presentation included a discussion of the LEED silver-certification of ImaginOn: The Joe and Joan Martin Center. This project is the first "green" public building in Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.
Rodgers Builders currently has six LEED accredited professionals.
