Rodgers Builders, Inc. (RBI) has named James Clayton to the position of Director of Diversity & Community Development. Clayton has been with Rodgers Builders since 2001.
Clayton will lead RBI’s diversity outreach programs and continue his involvement with numerous strategic organizations that support our community.
“I’m excited to have the opportunity to continue Rodgers Builders’ ongoing efforts in building positive relationships with underutilized and small businesses within the communities that we build and live in,” says Clayton.
Prior to this new position, Clayton served as project manager for several notable RBI projects: University of North Carolina Charlotte – Bioinformatics Building (Charlotte, NC), University of North Carolina Greensboro – Aycock Auditorium Renovation (Greensboro, NC), University of North Carolina Wilmington – Academic/Cultural Arts Building (Wilmington, NC), and Central Piedmont Community College – Central Campus Expansion Program (Charlotte, NC).
