24 new LEED® Accredited Professionals

Rodgers Builders, Inc. (RBI) is pleased to announce 24 associates recently passed the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) exam. Corporate-wide, Rodgers employs 50 LEED® Accredited Professionals who have in-depth of knowledge of green building practices.

Rodger Builders, Inc. is dedicated to creating buildings that are energy-efficient and cost-effective to operate. Upon completion, many of these projects are submitted for LEED® certification.

Recently completed and current RBI projects eligible for LEED certification include: Furman University – Townes Center for Science (Greenville, SC), Lowe’s Companies – Phase III Corporate Headquarters Expansion (Mooresville, NC), UNC Charlotte – Bioinformatics Research Center (Charlotte, NC), Davidson College – Cunningham Theatre Center Renovation (Davidson, NC), and Time Warner Cable – Regional Operations Center Phase II (Charlotte, NC), as well as the interior renovation of RBI’s Center City Office.
