Representatives from Rodgers Builders, Inc., University of North Carolina Charlotte, Gantt Huberman Architects, NC government officials, and various community supporters celebrated the groundbreaking for the University’s new $50.4 million Center City Building, located in the heart of Charlotte at the corner of Ninth and Brevard Streets.
Rodgers Builders will be the construction manager for the 12-story, 143,000-square-foot, cantilevered building, which upon completion, will be submitted for LEED® Silver-certification.
