Wathen named Senior Vice President Construction Operations

Rodgers Builders, Inc. has named Ryan Wathen to the position of Senior Vice President – Construction Operations. Wathen is ASHE certified and he has been with Rodgers Builders for 11 years. In November 2008, Wathen was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Associated Builders and Contractors of the Carolinas, an organization he has been involved with since 2003.

Current projects under Wathen’s leadership include the $200+ million New Hanover Regional Medical Center (NHRMC) – Strategic Master Facility Plan Implementation Program, located in Wilmington, NC. Master Facility Plan projects at NHRMC include the recently completed Betty H. Cameron Women and Children’s Hospital and the Surgery Pavilion, plus the 9-story Patient Tower renovation that is currently underway.
