Rodgers Hardin, a joint venture between Rodgers Builders and Hardin Construction Company, LLC, has begun work on Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte.
This is Phase I of the College Master Plan expansion that will include a new Information Technology classroom building, new Academic/Performing Arts Building, new Central Plant and various renovations and street improvements. The project ($60 million construction value) consists of 277,000 sf of new construction and renovations on the Central Campus. Completion is expected June 2005.
