Rodgers Hardin, an alliance of Charlotte-based general contractor Rodgers Builders and Atlanta-based Hardin Construction Company, LLC, received the 2001 Award of Merit for Excellence in Construction from the Georgia chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, for the construction of Gateway Village, Building 900, in Charlotte, NC.
The project met the award criteria based on the uniqueness of the project, its role in revitalizing the Third Ward, safety and quality programs, site constraints, and construction challenges.
