Rodgers Hardin, a joint venture between Rodgers Builders and Hardin Construction Co., LLC, has been awarded a $25 million contract by the Public Library of charlotte and Mecklenburg County to build the Children's Learning Center located in uptown Charlotte. The two-story, 161,000-square-foot concrete structure with a subterranean parking deck will also house a children's library and two theatres with 550 seats and 250 seats. Completion is scheduled for spring 2005.
