Rodgers Builders ranks 187th among the top 400 general contractors in the nation, according to a survey published May 19, 2003, in Engineering News-Record (ENR) magazine. The publication ranks general contractors based on construction revenue in 2002. Rodgers’ 2002 revenue was $220.7 million, and new contracts in 2002 totaled $238 million.

ENR reported an overall downturn in construction revenue during 2002 affecting most market segments; however, health care construction remained strong. Rodgers also ranks sixth among the nation’s top health care general contractors, as ranked by Modern Healthcare magazine on March 31, 2003.
