Eric adds that the spirit of Rodgers shows in the way employees respond to a challenge. One example is a continuous, 22-hour concrete pour that required 8,000 cubic yards of concrete over more than an acre. "When we asked for volunteers because of the massive size of the job, almost everyone at Rodgers responded. That speaks volumes about the enthusiasm, teamwork and spirit in this company."
Eric is a licensed professional engineer. He earned an undergraduate degree in civil engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He serves on the Board of Directors for Florence Crittenton Services as past Chair, is on the Executive Committee for Classroom Central, and served as Past Chair for the Charlotte 49ers Athletic Foundation. Eric has also been a guest lecturer for several years at UNC Charlotte for the College of Architecture and the Belk College of Business.
