Chief Operations Officer
“You meet a cross-section of people in this business: tradesmen, architects, owners, bankers and lawyers. I especially like to work with tradespeople in the field because that's where I came from.”
Eric adds that the spirit of Rodgers shows in the way employees respond to a challenge. One example is a continuous, 22-hour concrete pour that required 8,000 cubic yards of concrete over more than an acre. "When we asked for volunteers because of the massive size of the job, almost everyone at Rodgers responded. That speaks volumes about the enthusiasm, teamwork and spirit in this company."
Eric is a licensed professional engineer. He earned an undergraduate degree in civil engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
